In Football Tycoon, your team’s fitness is the foundation of your success on the pitch. Simply put, the higher your team’s fitness, the better your chances of winning matches. If you want to climb the leagues and attract more fans, maintaining peak fitness is a must!
🏃♂️ What is Team Fitness?
Team fitness represents how well-prepared and physically capable your players are. It’s an overall score based on the combined fitness of all 15 players on your team. The fitter your team, the stronger their performance in matches, increasing the chances of scoring more goals and winning games.
🏋️♂️ How to Increase Fitness
You can improve team fitness by:
- Practicing: Visit the Practice screen and tap the ball to build fitness points. Every tap earns fitness for your team.
- Upgrading Training Facilities: Facilities like the Gym, Pool, and Youth Academy increase how much fitness you gain per tap. The better the facilities, the faster you train!
- Hiring a Great Coach: A good coach boosts your team’s training effectiveness over time. The longer you keep the same coach, the better the team’s performance gets (up to a point).
📉 How Fitness Decreases
Fitness slowly drops over time. Even when you’re not playing matches, your team’s fitness will decline. If fitness gets too low, your team will struggle to win games. Regular practice and facility upgrades are key to avoiding this!
🔥 Pro Tip
Tap quickly on the Practice screen. If you tap fast enough, the ball catches fire—this won’t give extra fitness, but it looks awesome and makes training more fun!
