What Should You Do When the Game Freezes?

 

If your game freezes, please follow these steps:

 

  • Capture Evidence:
    Take a screenshot or record a video of the frozen screen. This helps us understand the situation better.

 

  • Locate Your Player ID:
    Go to the “Settings” page in the game and note your Player ID. You can access this page by clicking on the 3 lines menu icon located in the upper right side of your screen, You can also take a screenshot of this page for reference.

 

 

  • Prepare Additional Information:
    To assist us further, include the following details in your support query:

     

    • Your device operating system (Android or iOS).
    • Version of the operating system (e.g., Android 12, iOS 16.5).
    • Phone model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S22, iPhone 14).
    • Amount of coins lost due to the freeze.

     

  • Submit Your Report:
    Visit our Support Query Form to upload the screenshot(s), video, and all relevant details.
